The GDPR – General Data Privacy Regulation – clarifies the European Commission’s philosophy on data privacy. The GDPR and the ePrivacy Regulation, a corresponding Commission document, will take affect in May 2018 and will have a big impact on the digital analytics and marketing landscape.
