Find users with customer potential

 

Problem: Some users show a high engagement but are not active customers. Maybe they fail to find something suitable to buy.

Solution: Identify these users with RFM (Value) and RFE (Engagement) models and target them with product recommendations, discounts or offers to help.

 

Create a segment and filter it for low-value RFM groups and high-value RFE groups. Use the segment as a target group for marketing actions.
