Identify and contact users with churn risk

 

Problem: You want to know if a customer wants to quit an existing contract, but you don’t know how to identify those customers.

Solution: Create a segment for customers who opened the general terms and conditions (GTC) within the last week and searched for termination or cancelation. Give them a Call.

 

Save the segment and run an analysis to identify the specific customers. Then, call the customer and offer your help.
