Berlin, October 15, 2018 – Webtrekk, one of Europe’s leading premium customer analytics platforms, has appointed Michael Diestelberg as Vice President Product & Marketing. Initially joining Webtrekk as Senior Consultant Digital Analytics five years ago, Michael Diestelberg is now responsible for shaping and managing product development as well as for the strategic direction of marketing.
Michael Diestelberg looks back on a distinguished professional career in the IT and analytics industry. Following editorial positions at IT news portal WinFuture.de and price comparison platform Idealo, he worked as a Web Analytics Consultant for renowned digital agency Aperto. With his appointment as Senior Consultant Digital Analytics at Webtrekk in 2013, the IT specialist could further intensify his data expertise. In 2015, Michael Diestelberg was appointed Head of Pre-Sales Consulting. Under his direction, this Webtrekk division experienced exceptionally dynamic growth.
As Vice President Product & Marketing, Michael Diestelberg is now responsible for an extensive spectrum of tasks. In addition to shaping and managing product development in alignment with the associated communication activities, a further focus is on the strategic direction of marketing. Moreover, Michael Diestelberg embodies the interface between consulting, sales and IT in order to identify customer requirements and integrate them sustainably into ongoing product development initiatives.
