DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Advocacy Manager is a fully cross-functional role; touching on all aspects of the customer experience, from account management, project management, and technical support. You will handle front-line customer service and technical support and answer daily questions for Webtrekk’s pool customers. Training on the different applications to be supported along with internal tools will be provided.
  • Solution, management and follow-up of front-line customer service questions about tool functionalities, analyses and reports and technical support tickets
  • Management of company inquiries, contract and renewal questions on an international level
  • Basic analysis of technical support requests and interface with IT department on bugs or complex issues, including ticket submission for customer and ensuring handling/resolution occurs
  • Build a sustainable relationship between customers and Webtrekk; identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with our Account Management team.
  • Creation and maintenance of customer service and technical support documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, economics, computer science or engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar customer facing role
  • Strong service mentality and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven experience with Analytics software and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex facts in a written and verbally comprehensible manner.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Basic knowledge of common web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Experience in using technical support ticketing systems, Salesforce or Atlassian solutions would be an advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going support, programme optimization and expansion. CSMs are the main interface for all programme-related inquiries and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as trusted advisor. They are responsible for customer retention and the prevention of churn across our Customer base.
  • Manage your own customer portfolio and actively build a sustainable relationship by anticipating customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful!
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our most important customers, working with the Pre-sales, Account Management and Sales Teams to facilitate a seamless customer communication and drive long-term account satisfaction & growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will strengthen our Learning and Documentation Team and create an excellent, easy to understand and helpful technical documentation for the whole Mapp Cloud. We are looking for a fellow Technical Writer (m/w/d) who will be responsible for creating technical integration documents (API, SDK, Plugins), FAQs and learning material. We believe in clear, concise and consistent knowledge transfer with a wide-range of different customer personas, and this being the foundation of building successful products and sustaining that success.

  • Help building a new company wide documentation platform in Confluence, which will include all customer facing documentation, like Training chapters, Best practices, FAQs, API, SDK
  • Create a concept for this documentation and structure the content to target different personas such as data analysts, marketing professionals, IT professionals and/or developers
  • You will work closely with the Product Development Teams and Engineers to ensure learning documents and related documentation platform is up to date and accurate
  • Review current documentation, work on editing, developmental editing, updating, proof reading and re-iterating where necessary to address different customer personas
  • Work closely with Customer Care Teams to create documents, update and/or amend existing documents in relation to the information acquired from customer feedback and support tickets
  • Closely monitor the usage, manage and maintain documentation consistency and actuality based on data driven decisions to iterate and improve the product documentation over time

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This position requires a proven track record of creating and maintaining online help, user manuals, release notes, training documentation for processes, products and technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal German and English language skills
  • Very good knowledge in Confluence
  • Ability to meet short deadlines without compromising content quality

Unser Büro findet sich im Herzen Berlins. Webtrekk wurde in Berlin gegründet und ist wesentlicher Bestandteil der lokalen MarTech-Szene. Berlin spiegelt die Webtrekk-Kultur wider: vielfältig, aktiv und spielerisch. Auf unserer Dachterrasse ist nicht nur der Fernsehturm gut sichtbar, dort treffen wir uns nach dem monatlichen Town Hall Meeting gerne auf ein Bier. Wir arbeiten eng zusammen – so kann schone einmal der Sales Manager auf dem Flur entlang sprinten, um sich dem Produkt Manager abzustimmen. Aber nicht bevor in einer unserer Küchen Halt gemacht hat, um zu sehen, ob es noch Kuchen gibt...

Madrid

Willkommen in unserem Madrider Büro. Unser Office ist zentral in einem wichtigen Geschäftsviertel gelegen.
